职位描述/Position Description：

负责实施和协调整车OTA产品开发工作。

To fulfill and coordinate of OTA development activities.

主要职责/Major Responsibility：

 牵头整车OTA方案设计，云端或车端功能需求、软件需求定义；

Lead analysis to determine vehicle OTA feature scope, compose the system specifications and functional requirements of OTA

 负责整车项目OTA相关功能的开发导入、测试验收, 确保其按项目要求日程交付；

Lead Vehicle OTA development and test, ensure feature results are provided for program milestones

 与对手件部门沟通，制定OTA协议，推动OTA实施需求严格执行；

Communicate and collaborate with relevant team member of OTA protocol, and forward the implementation of OTA as scheduled.

 牵头分析OTA实施过程中的问题，分析日志和报文，推动相关零件整改；

Track and manage OTA issues and facilitate resolution by analyzing log, push relevant part to introduce the countermeasures.

 支持整车OTA信息安全策略制定；

Support vehicle OTA cyber security strategy

 牵头组织提交汽车软件升级申请；

Responsible for taking the lead in organizing the submission of automotive software upgrade requests.

 牵头组织软件升级启动会；

Responsible for organizing software upgrade kick-off meetings

 负责公司汽车软件开发及升级管理流程的实施和维护；

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of software development and upgrade management processes for CMA.

 策划软件升级规划活动, 发布升级任务信息；

Responsible for software upgrade planning activities, publishing upgrade task information.

 组织公司相关团队每年开展 OTA 升级企业管理能力回顾及评估；

Responsible for organizing the company's relevant teams to conduct annual review and assessment of OTA upgrade corporate management capabilities.

 完成其他与OTA开发相关的其他工作；

To fulfill the other activities associated with OTA engineering.

任职要求

任职条件/Qualification：

 电气工程、计算机工程、软件工程或相关专业本科学历，全日制本科及以上学历；

Major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Equivalent etc. Bachelor and above;

 具有汽车产品或制造行业相关工作经历3年以上；

At least 3 years work experiences of Automobile product or manufacturing;

 有OTA系统开发经验或运营管理经验者优先

Experience in OTA development or application is a plus.

 熟悉整车电子电器架构、熟悉TBOX、网关等相关产品的工作原理

Know Vehicle Electrical/Electronic Architecture, Tbox and Gateway operating principle

 沟通协调能力较强和抗压能力；

Good communication and coordination skills , can work under pressure;

 英文CET4级以上，同时懂日语优先。

English CET4 and above，Japanese speaker is preferred.
