从事新能源汽车热管理系统及零部件的研发及整车集成，投产过程中及售后阶段发生的技术问题处理。

Responsible for the research and development of new energy vehicle thermal management systems and components, as well as vehicle integration, and technical issue resolution during production and after-sales.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

 按项目开发要求，统筹负责的热管理系统部品电动压缩机的设计开发，确保各项目节点按时间要求、质量目标交付；

Plan and coordinate the design and development of thermal management systems and components according to project requirements, ensuring all milestones are delivered on schedule and meet quality targets;

 主导电动压缩机产品方案的构想制作，包括项目可行性及成本、质量、进度计划等；

Lead the conceptualization and development of compressor part, including feasibility analysis, cost estimation, quality planning, and schedule alignment;

 主导电动压缩机零部件的选点，包括技术文档制作、工程技术澄清、供应商开发能力、方案评审；

Drive sourcing and development of compressor part and components, covering technical documentation preparation, engineering clarification, supplier capability assessment, and solution reviews;

 主导电动压缩机部品的开发，包括2D图纸及3D数据的审核、DPA校核，技术规范文档编写，以及开发过程中的设计变更处理；

compressor part development processes, including 2D/3D data review, DPA (Design Process Audit) verification, technical specification documentation, and design change resolution;

 主导电动压缩机部品各阶段的样件制作、交付与验收，以及零件的DV\PV审核与验收；

Oversee prototype manufacturing, delivery, and acceptance across all development phases, along with component DV (Design Verification)/PV (Production Validation) validation and approval;

 协调、支持整车及电动压缩机部品的验证、试验以及应对问题解决的方案对策；

Coordinate and support vehicle-level verification, compressor part testing, and root cause analysis with corrective actions;

 主导电动压缩机部品法规试验及认证，协助并完成整车的国家法规验收及申报工作；

Lead compressor part regulatory testing and certification, and facilitate national compliance approvals and submissions for complete vehicles;

 主导完成电动压缩机部品的PPAP活动和PSW签收；

Drive PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) execution and PSW (Part Submission Warrant) sign-off for compressor components;

 主导电动压缩机部品的成本改善、质量提升、售后市场问题应对；

Spearhead cost reduction initiatives, quality improvement, and aftermarket issue resolution for compressor part;

 协助电气单元主管开展团队建设、发展规划；

Assist the Electrical Unit Supervisor in team development and strategic planning.

任职要求

任职条件/ Qualifications：

 汽车工程/机械/电子/自动化等相关专业全日制本科及以上学历；

Major in Automotive Engineering/Mechanism/Electronics etc. Bachelor and above;

 熟悉汽车开发流程、国内外的热管理整车架构、行业发展趋势，至少有两个完整项目热泵和非热泵系统压缩机产品设计开发经验，且至少在主流压缩机产品供应商或者主机厂从事过相关设计开发工作，至少五年以上工作经验；

Be familiar with the automotive industry, as well as domestic and international thermal management vehicle architecture and industry development trends, with at least two project development experiences involving heat pump and non-heat pump systems;

 精通压缩机控制器和机械结构等部分，熟悉压缩机软件控制策略，能独立进行整个部品设计、评审、开发、问题调查等日常工作；

Proficient in compressor controller and mechanical structure design, with in-depth knowledge of compressor software control strategies. Capable of independently executing the entire component design, review, and development process.

 有2D/ 3DCATIA,UG软件使用经验

Be familiar with 2D/3D engineering software.

 大学英语四级，能熟练的英语书面与口头交流能力，熟练日语者优先

CET-4, Proficiency in both written and spoken English communication, Japanese language skills will be a plus
