主要负责软件质量体系规划及搭建；组织研发项目软件质量活动开展及评审，跟踪推进软件质量问题解决，达成质量指标。

Mainly responsible for planning the software quality system and establishing processes; organizing software quality activities and reviews for R&D projects, tracking and promoting the resolution of software quality issues, and achieving quality targets.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

1.软件产品质量管理

① 质量策划：根据软件产品/项目特征制定质量目标；

② 质量策划：负责评审、审计活动的策划，独立编制检查表等工作文件；

③ 质量控制：负责软件产品开发活动评审、审计，独立完成过程审核记录归档、评分评级工作；跟踪推进软件质量问题解决，达成项目质量指标。

④ 质量改进：回溯重点软件质量问题，形成项目L&L，进行流程体系闭环。

⑤ 指导团队其他员工收集、积累软件研发过程数据，形成度量指标项。

2.软件质量体系建设及运营

①牵头软件开发流程体系资料梳理， 完成软件质量体系规划及流程建设，建立部门软件质量管理体系；

②落地软件质量管理体系，精细化管理软件开发过程；

③牵头并指导团队其他员工完成软件体系审核。

3.人才培养

① 向部门其他员工传授基础软件质量管理知识；

② 软件质量管理课程的开发。

1. Software Product Quality Management

① Quality Planning: Set quality objectives based on the characteristics of software products/projects;

② Quality Planning: Responsible for planning review and audit activities, independently preparing checklists and other work documents;

③ Quality Control: Responsible for reviews and audits of software product development activities, independently completing process audit record archiving and evaluation work; track and promote the resolution of software quality issues to achieve project quality goals.

④ Quality Improvement: Trace back to key software quality issues, form project Lessons & Learnings (L&L), and complete the process system feedback loop.

⑤ Guide other team members to collect and accumulate software development process data and establish measurement indicators.

2. Software Quality System Construction and Operation

① Lead the organization of software development process system documentation, complete the planning and process construction of the software quality system, and establish the department-level software quality management system;

② Implement the software quality management system and finely manage the software development process;

③ Lead and guide other team members to complete software system audits.

3. Talent Development

① Teach other department employees basic software quality management knowledge;

② Develop software quality management courses.

任职要求

任职条件/ Qualifications：

• 汽车电子、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息工程、电子科学与技术、通信工程等相关专业全日制本科及以上学历；

Full-time bachelor's degree or above in related majors such as automotive electronics, computer science and technology, software engineering, electronic information engineering, electronic science and technology, communication engineering, etc.

• 熟悉IATF16949 质量管理标准、ISO9000 质量体系、Automotive SPICE 软件过程改善与能力评估 、 ISO 26262 功能安全、CMMI-DEV等质量管理体系知识；

Familiar with quality management standards such as IATF16949, ISO9000 quality system, Automotive SPICE software process improvement and capability assessment, ISO 26262 functional safety, CMMI-DEV, and other quality management system knowledge

• 熟悉软件及软件质量特点、软件开发过程及测试方法等；

Familiar with software and software quality characteristics, software development processes, and testing methods;

• 8年以上软件开发或软件质量管理相关工作经验；

Over 8 years of experience in software development or software quality management;

• 良好的英语或日语能力，通过英语四级；

Good English or Japanese skills is required; CET-4 is must；

• 良好的团队协作精神，良好的沟通协调能力；

Highly team spirit and communication skills

• 良好的逻辑思维和报告写作能力。
