根据项目需求制订整车级动态性能开发与测试验证计划并按项目时间节点要求完成工作；负责测试开发设备、仪器的操作/维护。

Responsible for making vehicle dynamic performance develop & validation plan, and finish the work according to timing requirements. Responsible for management, maintenance and calibration of T&D facilities, instruments.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

 组织并参与 “转向/操稳、乘坐舒适性、制动”领域主观评价并对标竞品车进行目标设定工作，推动

Mazda “人马一体”DNA导入产品，增强产品竞争力。-

Organize program target setting by subjective benchmark with competitors in “Steering/Handling, Ride, Braking” area, push Mazda DNA induced, enhance production Competitiveness.

 制订实现马自达DNA的技术方案，进行性能开发/悬架匹配，并牵头项目各节点的工程签收工作。

确保产品性能达成目标。

Make technical scheme, carry out performance develop and suspension tuning work，and lead for engineering sign off in each program key milestone. Make sure performance can achieve the target.

 负责动态性能领域（制动、转向/操稳、乘坐舒适性等）的商品性测试并对所发现的问题进行原因分析、

推动开发制订改善方案、并支持改善效果验证直至问题关闭。

Responsible for dynamic area validation tests, such as Braking, Steering/Handling, Ride. Analysis the issue root cause, push PD team making countermeasures and support for improvement validation until issue closed.

 支持 质量改善/降本/零部件国产化/车辆解析性能评价等验证确认工作,确保产品符合市场竞争。

Support for Quality/ CI activities /parts localization validation/Vehicle level performance tests for tear down, keep vehicles competition In Chinese Market.

 负责测试程序及验证方法的本地化改进或开发工作，以满足中国市场法规标准、道路条件、环境、

用户等需求。

Responsible for local improvement or development of test procedures and methodologies to meet requirements of local standards/regulations, road condition, environment, customer, etc.

 确保按规定的时间对检验、测量及测试设备仪器进行标定并做好相关记录。

Make sure test equipment to be checked and calibrated as required and make the records.

任职要求

任职要求/ Qualifications：

 大学本科以上学历，车辆工程/机械/自动化相关专业。

Bachelor degree or above, Major in Vehicle Engineering/mechanical/ manufacture/ automatic etc.

 3年以上汽车行业悬架匹配、测试经验者优先。

With Vehicle dynamic tuning and tests experiences more than 3 years.

 掌握Carsim, ADAMS等动态性能仿真软件者优先；

With experience of vehicle dynamic software, such as Carsim, ADAMS.

 3年以上熟练的驾驶技术。

More than 3 years skilled driving experience.

 英文CET4级以上.

English CET4 and above
