从事新能源汽车电驱总成的研发及整车集成，投产过程中及售后阶段发生的技术问题处理。

Responsible for the research and development of new energy vehicle drive system assembly and vehicle integration, as well as technical issue resolution during production and after-sales.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

• 按项目开发要求，统筹负责的电驱总成的设计开发，确保各项目节点按时间要求、质量目标交付；

Plan and coordinate the design and development of e-drive systems according to project requirements, ensuring all milestones are delivered on schedule and meet quality targets;

• 负责新能源汽车电驱系统性能目标设计及分解，方案设计评审以及测试验证；

Responsible for the performance target design and decomposition of electric drive systems for new energy vehicles, scheme design review, and testing verification;

• 主导电驱总成的选点开发，包括技术文档制作、工程技术澄清、供应商开发能力、方案评审；

Drive sourcing and development of e-drive systems, covering technical documentation preparation, engineering clarification, supplier capability assessment, and solution reviews;

• 主导电驱总成的开发，包括2D图纸及3D数据的审核、DPA校核，技术规范文档编写，以及开发过程中的设计变更处理；

Manage e-drive system development processes, including 2D/3D data review, DPA (Design Process Audit) verification, technical specification documentation, and design change resolution;

• 主导电驱总成各阶段的样件制作、交付与验收，以及零件的DV\PV审核与验收；

Oversee prototype manufacturing, delivery, and acceptance across all development phases, along with component DV (Design Verification)/PV (Production Validation) validation and approval;

• 协调、支持整车及电驱总成的验证、试验以及应对问题解决的方案对策；

Coordinate and support vehicle-level verification, e-drive system testing, and root cause analysis with corrective actions;

• 主导电驱总成的法规试验及认证，协助并完成整车的国家法规验收及申报工作；

Lead e-drive system regulatory testing and certification, and facilitate national compliance approvals and submissions for complete vehicles;

• 主导完成电驱总成的PPAP活动和PSW签收；

Drive PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) execution and PSW (Part Submission Warrant) sign-off for e-drive systems;

• 主导电驱总成的成本改善、质量提升、售后市场问题应对；

Spearhead cost reduction initiatives, quality improvement, and aftermarket issue resolution for e-drive systems;

• 协助电气单元主管开展团队建设、发展规划；

Assist the Electrical Unit Supervisor in team development and strategic planning.

任职要求

任职条件/ Qualifications：

• 汽车工程/机械/电子/自动化等相关专业全日制本科及以上学历；

Major in Automotive Engineering/Mechanism/Electronics etc. Bachelor and above;

• 掌握新能源汽车电驱系统性能，结构要求、行业发展趋势及国家相关的产品标准、法规

Master the performance, structural requirements, industry development trends, and relevant national product standards and regulations of electric drive systems for new energy vehicles

• 具备5年以上动力电驱系统正向开发工作经验；

More than 5 years of experience in forward development of power electric drive systems;有2D/ 3D

• 大学英语四级，能熟练的英语书面与口头交流能力；

CET-4, Proficiency in both written and spoken English communication

• 有电驱厂开发工作经验者优先。

Experience in developing electric drive plants is preferred
