We are seeking a Metrology Expert Engineer to drive advancements in metrology and inspection for next-generation semiconductor processes. You will optimize metrology tools, develop innovative measurement methodologies, and ensure precision in process control to enhance yield and product quality. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align metrology strategies with R&D and production goals.

1. Metrology Development & Optimization: Design and implement advanced metrology techniques (e.g., SEM, Spectroscopic ellipsometry, AFM) to characterize semiconductor processes. Improve measurement accuracy, throughput, and repeatability through tool calibration and algorithm development.

2. Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Conduct real-time data analysis to identify root causes of process variations and propose corrective actions.Utilize statistical analysis tools (JMP, Python, SQL) to interpret data and drive process improvements.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with process integration, equipment engineering, and R&D teams to align metrology strategies with technology roadmaps. Provide technical guidance for new process development and technology transfer to manufacturing.

4. Technology Innovation - Lead research on emerging metrology technologies (e.g., AI-driven spectra analysis). - Publish findings in technical forums and contribute to intellectual property development.

任职要求

1.Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.

2.Experience: 5 years in semiconductor metrology, with expertise in tools such as CD-SEM, Spectroscopic ellipsometry, or X-ray scattering.

3.Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Python, JMP, SQL) and design of experiments (DOE). Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., lithography, etch, thin films).

4. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
