职位描述

The Senior Program Manager is overall accountable for program planning and driving execution, focusing on a predictable product release to ensure the delivery of quality products with the necessary features and within budget, and post-market product maintenance and continuous improvement.

全面负责项目计划的制定和执行，致力于项目成本预算内的按时按质交付，以及交付后的产品维护升级和持续改进。

1. Has responsibility to define the master schedule and program goals (critical to quality), ensure the break down and flow down to cross-functional team (marketing, engineering, QA, RA, supply chain, manufacturing, service, etc.), maintain the quality of the product by connecting cross-functional team to ensure the customer satisfaction and program metrics;

负责项目目标和计划的制定/分解/落实，开展跨团队合作来保证产品质量、客户满意度和其他项目指标的全面达成；

2. Ensures the product development process abides to the business Engineering Quality Procedures, Phased Review Discipline and regulatory needs of the applicable markets;

确保产品按流程合规开发，推进阶段性评审；

3. Facilitates effective and efficient communication across business functions; motivates and energizes the team through leadership;

协调并促进跨部门团队有效沟通，通过个人领导力激励和赋能团队；

4. Works closely with Business Team and Program Core Team to continue delivering projects on time, within budget, at the correct cost, with competitive features;

和公司业务团队和项目核心团队紧密合作，持续推进项目成本管控，按时交付有竞争力的产品；

5. Solves complex and ambiguous problems leading the strategic and forward-thinking cross functional program execution including (but not limited to) concept discussion, program execution, clinical trials, supply chain integration into production and product field delivery with product sales and service;

推进跨部门合作解决各种复杂问题，包括产品定义，项目执行，临床试验，供应链整合，及产品的现场交付等；

6. Leads cross-functional work flow improvement, leveraging their technical/clinical/leadership expertise to work on business initiatives aimed at driving technology innovation, process convergence and quality excellence for a specific product;

协调各方专家资源，推动产品开发过程中的技术创新，流程简化，质量优化；

7. Continuously tracks, updates and summarizes program and issue solving progress and regularly report to leadership team.

持续跟进，更新总结项目和问题解决进展情况，定期向领导层汇报。

任职要求

1. Master Degree or above (Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Clinical or equivalent);

硕士以上学历，生物医学工程、计算机科学、自动化、临床医学或相关背景；

2. 10+ years program management experience, medical device is preferred, PMO is preferred;

10年以上项目开发管理经验，医疗器械类产品经验优先，领导过项目管理团队者优先；

3. Clear thinking, demonstrated problem analysis and solving ability, good presentation skill;

思维逻辑清晰，较强的分析问题解决问题能力以及良好的表达能力；

4. Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional project teams and an ability to drive project design plans to completion satisfying quality, performance, schedule and budget;

优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力以及成功的项目管理（需求/时间/预算）经验；

5. Accountable for the master schedule generation and identify the milestone and key point for each department. Challenge the assumption from core team to make the Master Schedule more reasonable;

能够创建项目主计划，识别并设置关键节点和里程碑；有挑战团队假设来使得项目计划更趋合理的成功经验；

6. Capability for schedule maintenance and finding the gaps earlier. Finding and implement the mitigations if the schedule was delayed;

具有项目时间表维护经验，能够在早期识别项目风险，制定并实施项目风险缓解措施；

7. Capability for multi-task handling;

多任务处理能力；

8. Familiar with risk management.
