Business Development Director(J10234)

The person in this position will be a key role within Business Development team, will lead the effort to drive the company's inorganic growth strategies development and execution in the assigned therapeutic area (Oncology) through various kinds of partnerships, including in-licensing / outsourcing products, co-development, co-promotion, acquisitions, and/or joint venture transactions from international perspective.

• Requires advanced scientific degree (Ph.D. or Master's degree in biology, pharmacology, or chemistry).

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in licensing/BD/Portfolio Strategy or in a comparable role.

• Strong pharmaceutical understanding of therapeutic areas, treatment principles and Medical and Marketing aspects of bringing a product to market.

• An established network of contacts in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Project management skills and ability to lead geographically spread and cross functional project teams.

• Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
