Influencer Marketing

职位描述

1. Lead the planning and execution of Influencer collaboration projects, with a primary focus on Vietnam and selected Southeast Asia markets

2. Identify suitable creators based on their background, content style, audience profile, and local relevance, and develop collaboration directions aligned with HelloTalk’s product and brand

3. Create clear content briefs, creative ideas, and collaboration proposals, and support creators in turning ideas into high-quality content

4. Work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Content to ensure smooth project execution

5. Track campaign performance, summarize key learnings, and continuously improve partnership quality and effectiveness

任职要求

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, content partnerships, brand collaborations, or related fields

2. Proven experience working with KOLs / KOCs, with strong understanding of creator ecosystems in Vietnam; familiarity with Southeast Asia markets is a plus

3. Strong content judgment and creative thinking, with the ability to develop differentiated collaboration ideas based on creator profiles and audience fit

4. Good English communication skills; Vietnamese proficiency is strongly preferred, and Chinese is a plus

5. Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills, with a hands-on and ownership-driven mindset

Nice to Have

- Experience in social media operations or content marketing

- Experience in lifestyle, self-growth, language learning, or cross-cultural content

- Multilingual ability, especially Vietnamese or other Southeast Asian languages

- Familiarity with AI tools for daily work and collaboration management

Working Time & Location

- Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (1-hour lunch break). Off on Saturdays & Sundays.

- Location:

- Initial Stage: Remote-friendly.

- Upcoming Stage: Transition to onsite/hybrid in Ho Chi Minh City.
