岗位职责

1、岗位职责：根据学员需求为学员定制学习方案.

Responsibility:According to the needs of students to plan learning programs

2、教授3-12岁儿童学习英语，全英文授课保证教学质量

To teach three years old up to twelve years old children to learn English

Be able to give a Native- English environment and guarantee the quality of instructions;

3、能够在外教课中担任主教工作；

Be able to be the lead teacher for a lesson;

4、协助体验课、学员试课、学员续约和市场活动；

Be able to assist with demo-classes and marketing activities, as well as helping students renewal, etc.

5、与家长沟通学员学习情况，为家长提供优良的教学售后服务；

Be able to communicate with assistant teachers about the kids and provide a first-class

任职要求

Job Requirements:

1、本科及以上学历,有TEFL/TESOL国际认证教师资格，母语为英语语的外籍教师优先；

(Bachelor degree or above, native English speaker preferred)

2、有较强的专业意识；具有良好的服务意识;

(Have a strong sense of professional and have a good sense of service)

3、性格开朗、外向，具有亲和力;

(Your characterristics must be Cheerful, outgoing, and amiable)

4、热爱教育事业，具有良好的职业素养和坚定的信念；
