Channel BD Manager

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, protocols, DAOs, blockchain infrastructure providers, and ecosystem funds

• Build and own a pipeline of channel partners — including exchanges, wallets, OTCs, launchpads, and developer tooling providers

• Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and ongoing performance management

• Define and execute co-marketing, co-selling, and integration initiatives with partners to drive mutual growth

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion of partnership scope

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and marketing teams to ensure partner integrations are technically sound and strategically aligned

任职要求

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field

Experience

• At least 7–8+ years of total professional experience, with a significant portion in business development, partnerships, or channel sales

• Demonstrated track record of building and scaling channel partnerships within Web3, blockchain, or crypto-native environments

• Prior experience working with protocols, L1/L2 networks, DeFi ecosystems, or crypto infrastructure companies is strongly preferred

• Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder partnership deals from initial contact through execution

Skills & Knowledge

• Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem — protocol mechanics, on-chain metrics, and community-driven growth models

• Strong existing network and resources across the Web3 space (protocols, VCs, ecosystem players, builder communities)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a bias toward execution

• Comfortable navigating dynamic, multi-market fintech ecosystems with evolving regulatory landscapes.

• Experience with web 3 cards issuance programme

• Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools

• Prior experience in a startup or early-stage Web3 project

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is an advantage.
