1) Technical Service and Support

Offer prompt, professional tech advice on vet bio - products to Egyptian farmers, clinics, and distributors. Cover usage, dosage, and applicable diseases.

Visit farms and vet institutions. Help diagnose animal diseases, make product use plans per disease, and track treatment results.

Swiftly handle customer tech issues with vet bio - products. Rally the internal tech team to solve problems for customer satisfaction.

2) Market Promotion and Education

Team up with sales. Provide full - fledged tech support for sales. Join sales calls and product promos. Detail product perks, cases, and edges over rivals.

Plan and run local Egyptian industry shows, seminars, and lectures. Boost the brand and tech ideas of our vet bio - products. Lift the company's profile in the market.

Gather market data on vet bio - products: tech trends, industry shifts, and competitor info. Report to internal depts. for R & D and market strategy.

3) Training and Development

Make and carry out tech training for Egyptian distributors, farmers, and internal staff. Train on product knowledge, usage, safety, and disease control.

Design varied training - online, offline, case - based - per audience. Evaluate and optimize training for better results.

4) Customer Relationship Management

任职要求

1) Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree or above in veterinary medicine, animal science, biotechnology or related fields. Preference for graduates from well - known Egyptian institutions.

2) Work Experience:

Minimum 2 - year work experience in veterinary biological product technical services or related areas. Familiarity with the Egyptian veterinary biological products market is a plus. Must have rich animal disease diagnosis and treatment experience and be proficient in using relevant products to solve practical problems.

3) Skill Requirements:

Languages:Fluent in Arabic and English, with good written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with different people.

Problem – Solving:Strong problem - solving and improvisation skills. Able to make quick decisions in complex situations.

Technical Skills:Proficient in office software and data analysis tools for handling market data and customer feedback.
