职位描述

1、参与项目前期报价，组织项目团队制定初步项目计划、预算和组织架构

Participate in the preliminary quotation of the project, organize the project team to formulate the preliminary project plan, budget and organizational structure

2、负责项目全过程的整体策划和统筹

Responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the entire project process;

3、负责组织各阶段里程碑评审会议，检讨各阶段所负责项目的计划、质量和成本及范围

Responsible for organizing milestone review meetings for each stage, reviewing the project plan, quality, cost and scope of each stage

4、负责客户需求变更评估及管理

Responsible for the evaluation and management of customer demand changes

5、负责主导项目风险识别和管理

Responsible for project risk identification and management

6、跟进开发费用与样机费用的回收进度以及风险预警

Follow up on the recovery progress of development costs and prototype expenses, as well as risk warnings.

7、确保项目进度满足项目阶段并成功导入量产

Ensure that the project schedule meets the project stage and successfully Introduce into mass production
