IT & Security Operations Engineer

职位描述

1. On-site IT support: Manage day-to-day IT tickets (endpoints, accounts, software, network, conference rooms/AV). Handle device/account provisioning and meet resolution SLAs.

2. Network troubleshooting: Serve as the on-site first responder for local network issues (wired/wireless/VPN/DNS/DHCP); perform diagnosis and coordinate with Tier 2/HQ.

3. Infrastructure operations: Perform physical maintenance (rack-and-stack, inspection, RMA) for local gear.

4. Security policy execution: Implement HQ-issued security policies (EDR/AV, network access, MFA).

5. Security incident response: Act as the local first responder for security incidents; support investigation, isolation, and remediation.

6. Cloud & Collaboration: Assist with cloud resource operations; collaborate with HQ teams while maintaining local operational discipline.

7. Standby Duty: This role requires participation in scheduled after-hours standby and emergency response. (See Compliance Statement below).

1. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field is preferred. Equivalent professional work experience will be fully considered in lieu of a formal degree. 2+ years of relevant experience in IT on-site support/operations.

2. Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows/macOS/Linux; strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Wireshark); experience with SCCM/Intune/GPO/MDM; SSO/MFA/VPN/Zero-trust familiarity.

3. Security & Scripting: Ability to execute security compliance policies and triage incidents. Basic automation skills (Shell/PowerShell/Python) and cloud familiarity (AWS/GCP).

4. Language & Soft Skills: Effective English communication; strong service mindset and security awareness.

【Compensation & Immigration Information】

Pay Scale: $88,000 – $140,000 annual base salary
