To take it to the next level by improving the information contained within, we are seeking a Technical Writer with a deep passion for 3D printing and exceptional technical writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create technical articles and documentation that provide clear and in-depth information on Bambu Lab 3D printers and services.

- Translate complex technical information into user-friendly, accessible content.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineering teams to gather accurate, up-to-date information.

- Ensure all content is well-organized, detailed, and maintains the highest quality standards.

- Produce content in English with impeccable spelling, punctuation, and technical accuracy.

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our Wiki and Academy knowledge base.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in 3D printing or other smart hardware product documentation.

- A strong understanding of how 3D printing works and a deep passion for the technology.

- Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to make complex topics easy to understand.

- Proven ability to create high-quality technical documentation which is easy to understand by everyone.

- Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in content creation.

- Practical experience with 3D printer troubleshooting and repair is a plus.

- Native-level proficiency in German and strong proficiency in English required., with an open-minded attitude and ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
