1. Handle inquiries from global customers about e‑commerce, product, and technical issues via email, online chat, and phone, delivering professional and effective solutions;

2. Collect and analyze user feedback to help improve existing products and service processes;

3. Build and maintain positive communication with users to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty;

4. Collaborate closely with other team members to achieve departmental goals and ensure service excellence.

任职要求

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing;

2. Strong learning ability, eager to acquire new knowledge and embrace challenges;

3. Excellent logical thinking, communication skills, and customer service mindset;

4. Meticulous, responsible, and proactive in identifying issues and proposing effective solutions;

5. Experience with smart hardware products or global customer service is preferred.
