Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Bangkok. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing superior customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, maintaining high standards of phone etiquette, and enhancing overall customer experience. The specialist will also handle troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

Job Responsibilities:

Respond to player inquiries and provide assistance both inside and outside the game.

Gather player feedback and relay it to the development team.

Coordinate and communicate with the Chinese development team to help resolve issues and improve the player experience.

Record, track, and report player issues.

Support other tasks related to game operations.

Qualifications:

No restriction on gender or age.

Passionate about and familiar with MMO games (RO players will be given special consideration).

Recent graduates are welcome.

Proficient in Chinese (good level) or have graduated from China.

Responsible, possess good communication skills, and enjoy interacting with players
