Industrial Field Application Engineer

职位描述

· Assist sales & marketing teams with technical issues on an as-needed basis

· Help new customers familiarize with Hesai software, SDK and ROS and assist them with quick solution implementation

· Help customers with technical questions when using Hesai LiDARs

· Reproduce customer’s problems in house. Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis. Provide suggestions and solutions to customers. If engineering team needs to be involved, clearly summarize the issue and file tickets

· Proactively communicate with customers to understand their special request. Clearly communicate customer’s request to the engineering team and ensure the implementation on schedule

· Manage the RMA process and perform initial inspection on Hesai LiDAR

· Prepare engineering documents per customer’s request

任职要求

· BS/MS in science, engineering, or a related field

· Experience with sensor integrations into AV, Remote sensing, mapping systems.

· Experience with optical devices or LiDAR is preferred

· Strong verbal and communication skills

· Self-motivated, reliable and responsible

· Need to travel on an as-needed basis
