- Responsible for the implementation, integration, and deployment of ERP and MES systems, ensuring systems are aligned with and capable of meeting the company's business requirements and operations.

- Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, and define business requirements, providing corresponding system designs and solutions.

- Develop customized systems as per business needs, potentially involving coding, testing, and implementation of specific modules or functionalities.

- Provide system training to users and ongoing technical support to ensure their effective utilization of the system.

- Execute system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the system meets business requirements and operates stably.

- Responsible for routine system maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimization to ensure system security, stability, and efficiency.

- Lead or participate in project teams, coordinating work among different teams to ensure timely project delivery and achievement of set objectives.
