Job Descriptions

Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the company's IT hardware system, and provide timely and effective desktop support and services for employees;

Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the company's IT software system to ensure the normal operation of the company's software application system;

Responsible for the front-end customer support and daily problem handling of the company's ERP system;

Responsible for the preparation of IT management documents, technical documents and training documents, and responsible for IT knowledge and application training for employees.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;

Proficient in deploying server products and network products, relevant certification is preferred;

Possess rich server system and network system management capabilities, and can properly and efficiently handle daily problems and emergencies;

Have rich management and maintenance capabilities for desktop computers and various application software, and can independently undertake company-level IT maintenance and management work;

Experience in SQL database and ERP is preferred;

Possess good teamwork spirit, professionalism, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive work; have good communication and expression skills;

Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking company
