职位描述

Job responsibilities:

i. Perform, coordinate and monitor all Warehouse activities, such as receiving, storing and distributing goods, and if necessary, perform physical duties using the appropriate equipment.

ii. Ensure the inventory is consistently updated, and conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accuracy.

iii. Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels by stocking goods as needed and ensuring proper organization.

iv. Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, managing job assignments and work schedules to maximize productivity and operational flow.

v. Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and security standards within the warehouse to maintain a safe working environment.

vi. Receive and verify goods from the Production Department, ensuring quantities, conditions, and types match purchase orders or delivery orders.

vii. Generate and maintain regular reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and operational performance to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
