供应链专员 Supply Chain Executive

职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors.

- Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and agreements with suppliers.

- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and assess their performance.

- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and agreements.

- Collaborate with various departments (such as finance, operations, and logistics) to understand their procurement needs.

- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

任职要求

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferable Supply Chain Management related).

Outgoing candidate with good communication skills;

Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.

Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking company.
