物流专员 Logistic Executive

职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the import and export of customs clearance, freight transportation, tax payment for the import and export material (PET and PS)

2. Responsible for booking, certificate, cost accounting for the export goods, etc.

3. MRP records expenses, sorts out invoice details, and hands over invoices to finance

4. Make sure that the business operations comply with company procedures and policy, Malaysian law and its practice.

5. Responsible for the development, management, maintenance and cost control of suppliers such as fleet and freight forwarder

6. Cooperate with the production department to transfer raw materials from the outer warehouse

7. Coordinate with production, arrange cabinets to the factory according to demand, arrange the fleet to allocate outer warehouse bottle bricks, and allocate TMJ clean bottles

8. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

任职要求

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferable Logistics or Supply Chain related);

2. Good communication and presentation skills;

3. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English (preferable with basic Mandarin).

4. Min 1-3 years experiences in related field.
