• Quick & cost efficient provision of an effective measure for emerging complaints• End to end coordination of activities for a fast problem resolution• Tracking of the complaint from acceptance to effectiveness

• Perform Q analysis for detected errors from internal / external development, provide resolution measures in close alignment with development teams / suppliers

• Confirm effectiveness of resolution measures & lessons learned

• Communication & interface to internal / external stakeholders

• Escalation in case of time delay

• Quality representative for customer interface and project work

任职要求

• M.Sc. in Automotive/Engineering/Electronics/Computer Sciences/ Master degree in other relevant area preferred

• Working Experience:Min. 5 years in automotive industry / related quality background Expert level for VW& ADAS industry related processes(FAP Failure Elimination Process) and related Quality Methods (VDA2 PPA,VDA MLA and related)

• Knowledge, Skills and abilities:

Analytical, team-work minded, coordinative, willing to communicate, persuasiveness

Experience in Quality Assurance or development

Coordination and moderation skills

Thinking and acting economically

Preparation and presentation of complex information

Customer-oriented and proactive mindset

Process-driven attitude with hands-on mentality

Willingness to travel

• Proficient English skills
