Production Planning Specialist

职位描述

1. Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) and daily/weekly production plans based on forecasts and capacity.

2. Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production to ensure material availability.

3. Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and initiate corrective actions.

4. Analyze production data and KPIs to optimize planning and efficiency.

5. Manage inventory levels of finished goods and WIP.

6. Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.

任职要求

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related.

2. Proven experience in production planning or inventory control.

3. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Excel.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
