1. Execute local sales strategy to achieve targets through retailers, distributors, and SI partners.

2. Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and develop joint business plans.

3. Coach and guide the local sales team or agency to improve performance.

4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide field feedback.

5. Work closely with Marketing for effective in-store promotions and channel campaigns.

任职要求

1. Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of sales experience in the Japanese consumer electronics or IT channel.

2. Solid relationships with key retailers (e.g., Bic Camera, Yodobashi) or distributors.

3. Strong understanding of the Japanese retail landscape and business etiquette.

4. Native-level Japanese, business-fluent English. Results-driven team player.
