职位描述

1. Develop and execute regional sales strategy and business plan to achieve revenue and market share targets.

2. Own P&L, manage key accounts, distributors, and retail partnerships across the territories.

3. Lead, coach, and motivate the direct/indirect sales team.

4. Analyze market trends and competition to identify new growth opportunities.

5. Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain for effective product launches and promotions.

任职要求

1. Bachelor's degree; 8-10 years sales exp. in consumer electronics, with 5+ years in regional management covering at least two of the listed markets.

2. Proven track record in channel management and P&L accountability.

3. Fluent in English and Korean or Mandarin. Strategic thinker and strong leader.

4. Willing to travel up to 50%.
