职位描述

-负责整车零部件防腐及老化性能目标的制定，系统零部件性能目的分解，并保证其关联性及一致性

Responsible vehicle components corrosion&aging performance targets definition. And break down vehilce performance target to system/component, and ensure the relevance and consistency

-负责金属及非金属表面处理性能的技术文件的更新迭代，包括性能开发流程、性能目标定义、性能验证方法

Responsible for the update and iteration of metallic and non-metallic surface treatment performance specification, including performance development process, performance target definition, performance verification methods.

-负责整车及系统零部件防腐及老化性能的验证，包括试验计划制定、实施执行、问题跟踪

Plan and implement the validation of vehicle and system/components related to corrosion&aging performance. Issues solution and tracking

-整车及零部件表面处理性能的失效问题分析及解决方案提出

Analysis of Failure Issues and Proposal of Solutions for surfacetreatment performance of vehicle and system/components

-完成表面处理材料性能开发的技术体系建设

Complete the technical system building of the performance development of surafacement treatment materials

-负责创新材料及创新表面处理材料的开发

Responsible for the innovative materials and surface materials performance development

-负责表面处理线体的审核支持工作

-To support the surface treatment process approval work

次要工作职责 Minor responsibilities

-支持性能Leader完成团队技术能力建设工作

任职要求

1.基本要求Basic Qualification

•教育程度 Education:

本科及以上学历，金属材料及非金属材料相关专业

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Metallurgy or Materials Engineering.

•工作经验 Work Experience:

5年以上金属及非金属表面处理材料开发相关工作经验

Minimum 5 years working experience on metallic and non-metallic surface material performance development.

了解材料性能开发流程，熟悉表面处理材料性能测试项目

Familiar with material performance development process, familiar with surface treatment material performance test items.

了解表面处理线体认可流程，熟悉CQI-11\CQI-12

Familiar with surface treatment approval process. Familiar with CQI-11/12

•语言能力Language skill: ：

英文口语及书写流利 Fluency in English (Written & Oral).

•计算机能力 Computer Skills:

熟悉CATIA及掌握办公软件 CATIA. MS-office
