As CMF Design Expert, you will be the guardian of the brand’s tactile and visual identity. You will be an integral part of the team that defines how an Onvo feels to the touch, how it reflects light, and how it sustains our DNA while maintaining a sophisticated, tech-forward aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the global CMF design strategy for the brand, ensuring a cohesive identity across all vehicle lines.

- Trend Forecasting: Translate global lifestyle, interior design, and technology trends into a unique automotive CMF language.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Interior and Exterior Design, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure design concepts are feasible and meet ONVO’s standards.

- Supplier Management: Build and manage relationships with world-class material suppliers, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in textiles, coatings, and sustainable synthetics.

- Models’ development: Collaborate with the physical model team to complete prototypes.

- Team Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and grow a diverse team of CMF designers, fostering a culture of curiosity and creative excellence.

Qualifications

- The Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in CMF design, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the automotive industry.

- The Eye: An extraordinary sense of color, proportion, and texture.

- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of plastics, leather/alternatives, textiles, paint chemistry, and manufacturing processes.
