职位描述

- Technical ownership of cabin architecture and concept development, including concept study, geometrical integration and styling convergence etc.

- Implementation of cabin architecture and concept development by zone (IP, console, door trim, seats, trunk), taking into account all requirements (Design for X) including user experience, design, attributes, homologation, manufacture, service, cost, timing etc.

- Hold responsible zones architecture and concept technical review, responsible for the meeting organization, topics review, open issues solution.

- Responsible for escalated topics presentation and follow up in program meeting structure, such as CIT, VIT meeting.

- Ensure program tasks devivered on time with high quality.

- Coach new team members and train them into proficient cabin architecture and concept engineers.

任职要求

- Engineering college or higher degree with a major in automotive engineering.

- At least 5 year vehicle architecture and concept integration experience, prefered with broad components development knowledge across engineering groups.

- Have good knowledge and mindset of design for X.

- Capacity to make logical technical report with assessment matrix.

- Good experience of using 3D CAD systems such as Catia V5/V6

- Good communication, coordination and organization skills.

- Well spoken and written communication skills in English.

- Highly motivated and with challenging spirit.
