整车安全结构耐撞工程师

职位描述

- Breakdown crashworthiness target according safety strategy and finish feasibility analysis 根据车型安全目标制定结构耐撞开发分解目标，并完成可行性分析；

- Be responsible for crashworthiness space and design check to support design data负责结构耐撞前期空间及布置评估，支持造型数据发布；

- Be responsible for crashworthiness modeling and analysis of subsystem and vehicle; and provide engineer solutions负责建立结构耐撞有限元模型和分析，具备各子系统和整车模型搭建及分析能力；并通过工程方案解决相关问题；

- Be responsible for crashworthiness test status follow up. Finish pre&post analysis and CAE/Test correlation, which can solve both CAE and test issues负责跟踪结构耐撞相关试验造车，并完成试验前后的分析和试验对标工作，具备解决分析和试验问题能力。

任职要求

- 教育程度 Education: Mechanical and Vehicle Engineering Degree机械或车辆工程专业；

- 工作经验 Work Experience: At least 3 years’ safety experienc. Lead one vehicle safety performance development至少三年工作经验；独立牵头负责过一个完整项目开发

- 专业知识Knowledge: Familiar with vehicle sturcture and safety regulation熟悉汽车碰撞安全相关法规，掌握汽车构造的基本知识，有限元基本知识；

- Experience with commercial FEA software such as LS-Dyna, Hypermesh, ANSA, Meta, Oasys…熟悉商用有限元软件，如LS-Dyna、Hypermesh、ANSA、Meta、Oasys等；

- 团队精神 Team work: Good team spirit, logical thinking and efficient communication 良好的团队合作精神、严密的逻辑思维能力及高效的沟通能力。
