Sales Logistics Supervisor (South East Asia)

Position Summary

Responsible for the end-to-end execution of vehicle logistics distribution in the Malaysia market, including transport scheduling, in-transit tracking, carrier coordination, and exception handling. Ensure vehicles are delivered safely and on time from warehouses/distribution centers to dealers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transport Scheduling & Management

- Arrange vehicle transport schedules based on delivery plans, coordinating internal and external transport resources;

- Monitor vehicle transport status to ensure delivery timeliness and quality.

2. Carrier Coordination & Management

- Liaise with third-party logistics carriers to follow up on daily transport task execution;

- Support carrier performance evaluation and drive continuous service quality improvement.

3. Delivery Exception Handling

- Respond promptly to and resolve exceptions during transport (delays, vehicle damage, etc.);

- Document and analyze root causes of exceptions, proposing preventive and corrective measures.

4. Data Recording & Reporting

- Maintain logistics delivery records, tracking transport lead times, exceptions, and cost data;

- Produce regular logistics operation reports to support management analysis and decision-making.

任职要求

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields;

- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order management, with at least 2 years in end-to-end parts or product logistics operations;

- Familiar with Malaysia’s local logistics market, customs regulations, and warehousing practices;

- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics management tools; advanced Excel and data analytics skills;

- Language proficiency: Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written) – able to communicate effectively with local dealers, government bodies, logistics providers, and HQ. Chinese is a plus;

- Strong cross-functional coordination and negotiation skills, capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure;
