Sales Operations Executive/Senior Executive (South East Asia)

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Operations Data Analysis

- Establish and maintain sales operations dashboards (orders, inventory, delivery, dealer performance, and other key metrics);

- Produce regular sales operations analysis reports, identifying business opportunities and risks;

- Support sales forecasting, target setting, and performance evaluation through data analysis.

2. Sales Process Optimization

- Participate in diagnosing and optimizing the end-to-end sales process (lead → showroom visit → test drive → order → delivery), identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements;

- Drive implementation of standardized sales operation processes across regions and dealers;

- Collect frontline feedback to continuously refine operational management systems and tools.

3. Dealer Operations Support

- Assist Regional Managers in dealer operational data monitoring and performance evaluation;

- Support training and rollout of dealer operations management tools;

- Participate in diagnosing dealer operational issues and developing improvement plans.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management

- Collaborate with Marketing, Network Development, Aftersales, and HQ teams to drive sales operations-related projects;

- Support operational coordination for new model launches, promotional campaigns, and other special initiatives.

任职要求

Qualifications

- Bachelor‘s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields;

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or dealer management support;

- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to drive decisions through data;

- Familiar with sales process management and dealer operations models;

- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management awareness;
