Process Quality Engineer, Overseas Mfg- Austria

职位描述

1. Own end-to-end vehicle build quality at the contract manufacturer; enforce XP process standards.

2. Conduct process audits to ensure operator compliance and validate process parameter adherence.

3. Detect process drifts and deviations in real-time; lead rapid containment of line defects.

4. Drive root cause corrective actions (RCCA), verify effectiveness, and implement poka-yoke to prevent recurrence.

5. Publish process quality reports to proactively mitigate pre-mass production risks.

1、负责代工厂整车制程全流程质量管控，落实XP制程质量标准；

2、执行工序检证，监督代工厂员工规范作业、工艺参数合规落地；

3、实时识别制程漂移、操作不规范、工艺执行不到位等问题，快速处置产线批量不良；

4、跟进制程质量问题整改落地，验证改善效果，沉淀制程防错经验，杜绝同类问题重复发生；

5、输出过程质量分析报告，前置规避量产制程质量风险。

任职要求

1. Solid grasp of NEV manufacturing processes and automotive QMS (e.g., IATF 16949); proficient in core quality tools.

2. Exceptional shop floor execution with high sensitivity to anomalies; resilient under pressure and unwavering in standards.

3. Cross-cultural agility; English as a working language.

4. Preferred: Experience in overseas contract manufacturing and SOP ramp-up quality support.

1、熟悉新能源整车制造核心工艺与过程质控逻辑，了解汽车质量管理体系标准，掌握基础过程质量问题分析方法；

2、具备极强的现场执行力、问题敏感度、现场处置能力，原则性强、抗压性高，可适配海外驻场量产高压场景，3、具备基础跨文化协同能力，英语能够作为日常工作语言。

4、有新能源海外代工制程管控、SOP爬坡质量跟进经验优先。
