Creator Operation（EMEA）

职位描述

工作职责:

1.Identify, recruit, onboard, and maintain long-term relationships with creators in your designated language region, contributing to the development of a strong local creator network.

2.Assist in the translation, review, and cultural adaptation of product content, including interface copy, campaign materials, and community guidelines, to ensure local relevance and brand consistency.

3.Collaborate with product and marketing teams to analyze local user needs and monitor competitor trends, supporting the development of strategies to enhance the localized user experience.

4.Track and analyze creator performance and content metrics, prepare periodic reports, and help optimize engagement and content quality.

工作要求:

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Languages, Communications, Journalism, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2.Full professional proficiency in both English and at least one of the following: Spanish, French, German, Russian, Portuguese or etc. Near-native level in the second language is required for daily communication and content localization. Language proficiency will be assessed during the interview.

3.Strong interest in digital content industry with a community mindset, excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.

4.Highly self-driven, fast learner with an analytical mindset

5.Minimum 2 years of experience in creators recruitment, management and operations, content strategy, or a related field, with demonstrated ability in cross-cultural project execution
