职位描述

工作职责:

1. Develop and execute business development strategies for AIGC (animation, short drama etc), virtual idols, fan content, and other innovative and emerging content formats.

2. Identify and develop partnership with high-quality institutional partners: IP companies, animation/comic/novel studios or production agencies, virtual idol agency etc.

3. Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations with customized cooperation models and plans, establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with key institutional partners.

4. Build content showcase with product and operations teams and ensure smooth project delivery, partner satisfaction, and business efficiency.

5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities in related sectors.

工作要求:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Languages, Communications, Journalism, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Full professional proficiency in English. Near-native level in a second language (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, etc.) is a strong plus.

3. Strong interest in digital content industry with a community mindset, excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.

4. Highly self-driven, fast learner and strong resilience.

5. Minimum 3 years of business development experience or existing connections and resources in IP companies, animation/comic/novel studios or production agencies, virtual idol agencies and related fields.

6. Strong understanding of the local culture, content landscape and market trends.
