Creator Operations (Asia)

工作职责:

1. Creator Development – Recruit, onboard and manage local creators, build a diversified creator network and drive content production and platform growth.

2. Localization & Strategy – Localize platform content, marketing campaigns and community guidelines through multilingual adaptation and cultural alignment.

3. Market Insights – Analyze regional social media ecosystems, content trends and user behavior to develop targeted content and growth strategies.

4. Performance Optimization – Track key metrics (creator growth, content output, engagement) and improve operations through data-driven insights.

5. Collaboration & Community – Work with cross-functional teams to enhance creator services and organize creator incentives and community activities.

工作要求:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. At least 1–2+ years of creators/influencers operations experience .

3. Strong understanding of SEA social media ecosystems and local culture.

4. Fluency in English and at least one Southeast Asian language; Mandarin is a plus.

5. Strong analytical, communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
