Bilibili is China's leading video community and a creator-driven cultural ecosystem. We serve 376 million monthly active users, 86% of whom are from Generation Z. With 95% of our content produced by creators, we have cultivated a unique interactive culture centered around Danmaku (real-time comments) and fostered a highly engaged community environment.

We are seeking partners who understand cross-cultural content ecosystems and excel at nurturing creator communities to join us in building a digital cultural home for the next generation of young audiences worldwide.

工作要求:

1. Lead the design and execution of localized user operations, content campaigns, and community activities tailored to Arabic-speaking audiences.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with local creators, influencers, and content partners to foster a vibrant and sustainable Arabic content ecosystem on Bilibili.

3. Conduct market research to understand regional trends, user behaviors, and cultural nuances, translating insights into actionable growth strategies.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product features, content guidelines, and community policies resonate with local culture and user expectations.

5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement across the Arabic-speaking region.

6. Proficiency in Arabic
