职位描述

岗位职责：

1.

维护交易基础设施（服务器

/网络），执行日常系统检查和维护任务，包括备份和恢复流程，及时响应和处理交易系统中出现的任何技术问题；

2.

在交易系统中用于处理数据、优化交易策略、提高交易效率的算法设计和实现能力，包括但不限于数据结构、排序算法、搜索算法、优化算法等方法处理交易中的各种复杂问题。

3.

开发和维护量化交易策略、模型和系统，包括但不限于数据挖掘、统计分析、机器学习等技术，用于构建和优化量化交易模型，以及实现这些模型的交易系统。

岗位要求：

1.

全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化等专业；

2.

精通

C++、Python、算法、机器学习，Linux系统有深入了解；

3.

对网络通信编程有熟练掌握，熟悉相关

C++网络库及消息队列库者优先考虑；

4.

对服务器

,网络维护有一定经验；

5.

目前是

SC/PR，中文流利，可以进行工作交流。

Responsibilities:

1.

Possess hands-on experience in server and network maintenance, performing routine system checks and maintenance tasks including backup and recovery procedures. Capable of promptly responding to and resolving technical issues in trading systems.

2.

Demonstrated expertise in algorithm design and implementation for trading systems, including but not limited to:

Data processing and trading strategy optimization

(2)

Efficiency enhancement through data structures

(3)

Sorting/search/optimization algorithms

(4)

Solving complex trading-related problems

3.

Proven ability to develop and maintain quantitative trading strategies, models and systems utilizing:

(1)

Data mining techniques

(2)

Statistical analysis

(3)

Machine learning methodologies

(4)

Model implementation in trading systems

Position Requirements:

1.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Automation or related fields (full-time program)

2.

Technical proficiency in:C++ and Python programming、Algorithms and machine learning、Linux operating systems (advanced knowledge)

3.

Networking competencies:Strong network programming skills、Familiarity with C++ network libraries、Experience with message queue libraries (preferred)

4.

Practical experience in:Server administration、Network maintenance
