System Analyst（Officer/Senior Officer)--IT

职位描述

1. Assist in the management and maintenance of different IT Projects and Systems, including the Core Insurance System.

2. Responsible for handling business requirements, and providing feedback on users’ needs. Facilitate the product managers to conduct requirement analysis, coordinate with key users and systems development teams to arrange the deployment schedule.

3. Assist in monitoring the progress of requirements delivery for each project, including the requirements analysis, systems design and development, SIT and User Acceptance Testing progress, and promptly response to the UAT progress to improve the delivery quality.

4. Assist in improving the entire System Development Life Cycle, and improve the delivery quality and efficiency of the systems development team.

任职要求

1. 3+ years of IT experience in the financial and insurance industry;

2. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field;

3. Strong communication and coordination skills and ability to work under pressure;

4. Proactive and responsible.
