Legal & Compliance--Legal Officer/Senior Officer

职位描述

Responsibilities：

1.  Draft, review and advise commercial agreements and documents for the company and its affiliated companies.

2.  Provide proactive support to senior management to construct various business proposals or projects from legal and compliance perspective.

3.  Conduct legal research, analyze legal and compliance issues and work out resolutions to them.

4.  Assist in business negotiation with potential partners and conduct through analysis of regulations of the concerned products and services.

5. Assist in managing external lawyers and company's legal budget.

任职要求

Requirements：

1.  Degree holder in law, Business, Finance or related disciplines, PRC qualified lawyer preferred.

2. 2 years or above legal experience in financial services industry; experience in fund house, asset management company or securities firm will be an advantage.

3.  Mature, self-initiative, detail oriented with good inter-personal skill and analytical mind.

4.  Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

5.  Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

6.  Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese character input.

7. Candidate with more experienced will be considered as Senior Officer.
