职位描述

1. Assist in the implementation of Hong Kong Risk-Based Capital (HKRBC) framework, including risk identification, risk assessment, risk monitoring, and reporting;

2. Assist in developing and implementing an effective Enterprise Risk Management framework, risk policies, and procedures in compliance with the regulatory and the Group requirements;

3. Assist in the collection and reporting of Key Risk Indicators (KRI), and complete comprehensive risk management reports on a regular basis;

4. Assist in risk investigation and prevention, and regularly check the sanctioned list as required;

5. Assist in coordinating relevant departments to handle external complaints;

6. Other daily risk management affairs.

任职要求

1. Hong Kong permanent residents or non-permanent residents but must hold a valid work visa (Top Talent Pass Scheme, IANG, Quality Migrants or Dependant, etc.);

2. Degree holder or above in Risk Management / Actuarial Science / Statistics / Mathematics and related disciplines;

3. 3 years or more experience in risk management field, with exposure to the insurance company and/or financial services company, is preferred;

4. Good knowledge of RBC, Risk management;

5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel;

6. Good communication and strong analytical skills;

7. Able to work independently and be responsible;

8. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
