职位描述

1. Handle motor insurance claims independently

2. Negotiate with Claimants to achieve settlement

3. Experience in attending Small claims Tribunal is preferable

4. Handle claims related enquiries and provide claims service to clients

任职要求

1. Hong Kong permanent residents or non-permanent residents but must hold a valid work visa (Top Talent Pass Scheme, IANG, Quality Migrants or Dependant, etc.);

2. Bachelor’s degree major in Law, Business, Insurance, Finance or related discipline

3. Pass in IIQE exam, Paper I, II & III

4. At least 2 years’ experience in handling motor or general insurance claims

5. Experience in Defendant law firms are also welcomed

6. Good understanding of Motor Insurance claims

7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

8. Good interpersonal skills and under pressure

9. Good spoken and written communication skills in both English & Chinese
