职位描述

1. Assist in establishing and maintaining long-term partnership with medical vendors to provide health network and value-added services to insurance members.

2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of network providers on regular basis to enhance customer experience.

3. Keep abreast of market's latest updates, including market trends, customer expectations and competitor's performance; conduct quarterly/ regular health trainings to internal stakeholders and channel stakeholders.

4.Research innovative and customer-centric solution by providing cost-effective health services to assist the insurance product development process.

5.Actively take part in projects/ initiatives to enhance customer experiences, new business initiatives and promote business development.

6.Establish and enhance procedure guideline and process workflow for operation efficiency.

任职要求

1. Hong Kong permanent residents or non-permanent residents but must hold a valid work visa (Top Talent Pass Scheme, IANG, Quality Migrants or Dependant, etc.)

2. Bachelor Degree holder in Public Health, Life Science, Pharmacy, Nursing Administration, Clinical Science, Biology, or medical and health related discipline.

3. Self-motivated, independent and with excellent interpersonal skills.

4. Excellent presentation and communication skills with customer service mindset.

5. Understanding on insurance or healthcare products.

6.Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua preferred.

7.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.

8.Experience in insurance industry and passes in IIQE Paper are preferred.
