Claims and Health Network Manager of Accident and Health Insurance

职位描述

1．To source vendors and manage relationships with community partners, e.g. suppliers, network providers, etc., which involves contracts drafting, vendor assessment and vendor list maintenance to ensure optimum service provision.

2．Responsible to establish and maintain long-term partnership with medical and health vendors to provide health network and value-added services to insurance members.

3．To work with accident and health claims team and liaise with vendors to investigate complex, suspicious or large amount claim cases.

4．Monitor and evaluate the performance of network providers and vendors on regular basis to enhance customer experience.

5．To liaise with underwriting team to draft and design workplace wellness program proposals for insurance solution, in order to promote heathy lifestyles and reduce health risks in the corporate setting, leveraging health data analytics to create targeted interventions and initiatives to support the specific challenges of diverse staff groups.

6．Keep abreast of market's latest updates, including market trends, customer expectations and competitor's performance; conduct quarterly/ regular health trainings to internal stakeholders and channel stakeholders.

7．Research innovative and customer-centric solution by providing cost-effective health services to assist the insurance product development process.

8．To maintain collaborative relationships with TPHK colleagues across functions to enable the smooth running and launch of programs and initiatives, including the teams of claims, underwriting, policy admin, digital, CS hotline, L&C.

9．Establish and enhance procedure guideline and process workflow for health and medical operation efficiency.

任职要求

1．Bachelor Degree holder in Public Health, Life Science, Pharmacy, Nursing Administration, Clinical Science, Biology, or medical and health related discipline.

2．At least 5 years' work experience in a health and wellness capacity within a corporation or insurance company, vendor management or claims experience would be preferred.

3．Ability to work under pressure and handle tense and stressful situations

4．Detailed and organized with excellent time management skills

5．High level of integrity and work ethic

6．Excellent communication and client-facing skills both verbally and in writing.

7．Native/fluent written and verbal language skills in English and Cantonese, Putonghua would be preferred.

8．Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.

9．Experience in insurance industry and passes in IIQE Paper are preferred.
