Business Analyst of Accident and Health Insurance

职位描述

1.According to product management objectives, by learning and collecting information about current practices, research and develop solutions to supporting on-going business.

2.Consult and work with business units like underwriting, claims, product, and sales team to create user requirement to achieve business objectives.

3.Work with IT and operations project team to implement user requirement and establish UAT testing with the objective of standardization, effective execution, and quality improvement.

4.Establish and manage effective and trusted relationships with internal and external project stakeholders, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are involved appropriately.

5.Use data driven tools to ascertain to ensure the requirements are valid in the systems before / after the change.

6.Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and feedback from users.

7.Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.

任职要求

1.Bachelor degree or above (preferably in insurance, computer science and business fields) with minimum 5 years’ experience in product / project management.

2.Knowledge in Accident and Health Insurance will be an advantage.

3.Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, detail and user-friendly oriented, able to contribute optimized and innovative solutions to work process and always puts customer at the center of decision making.

4.Proactively provides simpler, faster, more connected and agile solutions with stakeholder and relationship management skills.

5.Strong numerical and logical ability to identify key issues and develop solutions systematically.

6.Ability to work independently and with others. Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.

7.Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills, able to motivate, coach, drive project progress.

8.Excellent command of spoken/written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
