职位描述
1.Insurance policy operation process such as policy admin and provide assistance in the underwriting.
2.provide administration support.
3.Collect information regarding operational objectives by studying business functions; evaluate output requirements and formats.
4.Listen attentively to the voice of insurance operation team and continuously pursue improving Insurance documents administration.
5.Recommend controls by identifying problems; write improved procedures and design modifications.
6.Coordinate a group of individuals to perform a task.
7.Assist in ad hoc assignments when necessary.
任职要求
1.Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study.
2.Knowledge in General Insurance operation process.
3.3 years of Management experience of relevant work will be an advantage.
4.Independent, enthusiastic, accountable and able to work under pressure.
5.Ability to work independently and with others.
6.Good communication skills, with initiative and analytical mind.
