Underwriting Manager - Property & Liability Dept - Mid Level

职位描述

1. Implement and adherence of Property underwriting strategy and underwriting policies;

2. Managing relationship with market stakeholders for business (customers, brokers, associations);

3. Managing the underwriting performance of related Property & Liability portfolio;

4. Adoption and utilization of required underwriting and pricing capabilities and tools;

5. Product Development, Support and Projects Management;

6. Managing business initiatives and projects (of business development, product development, process efficiency, compliance etc.);

7. Design and develop business planning , reporting system and business analysis.

任职要求

1. Degree holder or other recognized insurance qualification;

2. 3 or more years of experience related to an underwriting for P & L business;

3. A recognized professional insurance qualification such as CII, ANZIIF or equivalent is preferred;

4. Good presentation , communication skills and interpersonal skills;

5. Strong local market and industry network;

6. Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese, including Putonghua;

7. Ability to review written financial statements and contractual documents is desirable;

8. Self-motivated, able to work under pressure,strong team work;

9. Good knowledge in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint;

10. Immediate available is preferred.
