职位描述

1.Participate in the core work of various overseas business segments of the company (Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology, Mining, Corporate Functions, etc.), and learn business processes and professional skills under senior mentors;

2.Assist in the implementation of overseas projects, production and operation, cross-departmental collaboration and other related work, and participate in the promotion of core team tasks;

3.Undertake special work in overseas subsidiaries/projects based on professional capabilities and the company's development needs, and accumulate international work experience;

4.Participate in the company's global talent development program, complete customized training and rotation tasks, and lay a solid foundation for becoming a core backbone of overseas business.

任职要求

1.Bachelor's degree or above, majors in Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology, Mining Engineering, Human Resources, Financial Management, Procurement Management and other related fields are all acceptable;

Good communication and expression skills in Chinese and English, priority given to those who can use English as a working language;

2.Possess the core qualities of being Collaborative, Comprehensive, Innovative and Passionate, and adapt to the cross-cultural working environment;

3.Willing to accept overseas assignment/rotation and quickly adapt to the working and living rhythm of different countries;
