企业融资与企业发展专员

职位描述

企业融资：

·支持执行中国及全球企业融资项目，包括财务建模、估值、交易文件以及审批材料的准备。

·协调企业融资和战略交易的跨职能工作流程，包括尽职调查、业务评估和合作伙伴参与。

企业发展：

· 参与早期项目，包括市场研究、试点商业模式和新兴业务线，并协助评估和规划全新项目。

·支持设计、评估和执行与蔚来全球扩张战略相一致的合作架构、合资企业和长期战略平台。

战略研究：

·研究全球行业趋势、监管动态、激励框架、竞争态势和技术创新。

·准备商业案例、战略评估和情景分析。

·监测资本市场、同行表现、估值趋势和投资者情绪。

协调与沟通：

·与内部团队（法务、财务、技术、运营）和外部顾问保持联络，确保交易和战略举措顺利执行。

为高级领导层准备高质量的投资备忘录、商业案例、战略提案和演示文稿。

Corporate Finance:

Support execution of China and global corporate finance projects, including financial modeling, valuation, transaction documents and preparation of approval materials.

Coordinate cross-functional workstreams for corporate financing and strategic transactions, including due diligence, business assessments, and partner engagement.

Corporate Development:

Contribute to early-stage initiatives, including market studies, pilot business models, and emerging business lines, and assist in evaluating and planning greenfield projects.

Support the design, assessment, and execution of partnership structures, joint ventures, and long-term strategic platforms aligned with NIO’s global expansion.

Strategic Research:

Research global sector trends, regulatory developments, incentive frameworks, competitive dynamics, and technology innovation.

Prepare business cases, strategic assessments, and scenario analyses.

Monitor capital markets, peer performance, valuation trends, and investor sentiment.

Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with internal teams (legal, finance, technical, operations) and external advisors to ensure smooth execution of transactions and strategic initiatives.

Prepare high-quality investment memos, business cases, strategic proposals, and presentations for senior leadership.

任职要求

· 3 - 5年来自领先的全球或中国投资银行或咨询公司的相关经验。

·在中国境内交易和跨境交易方面拥有可靠的经验。

·在财务建模、估值和交易执行方面有坚实的基础。

·能够使用结构化框架评估早期机会。

·出色的沟通和写作能力。

·精通普通话和英语；掌握其他语言者优先。

· 高度的责任心、团队合作精神、创造力和执行能力；能够在充满活力的环境中承受压力开展工作。

·对电动汽车、出行创新、新能源、软件定义汽车和新兴技术生态系统有浓厚兴趣。

·具备国际视野，有能力在多元文化环境中开展协作。

3–5 years of relevant experience from leading global or Chinese investment bank or consulting firm.

Proven experience in China onshore transactions and cross-border deals.

Strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution.

Ability to evaluate early-stage opportunities using structured frameworks.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional language is a plus.

High ownership, teamwork, creativity, and execution capability; able to perform under pressure in dynamic environments.

Strong interest in EVs, mobility innovation, new energy, software-defined vehicles, and emerging technology ecosystems.

International mindset with ability to collaborate across multicultural environments.
